Sports Awards Nominations

Please find attached the Chester SSP Sports Awards nomination form for this year.

Due to the pandemic, we do not have the same categories as in previous years. It is not possible to have sports performer or team of the year, therefore we have different categories we hope fit better with the current situation.

The deadline for completed entries is Friday 25th June, entries received after this date will not be accepted.

We will not be having a Sports Awards Presentation evening this year, however we will announce all the winners early July.
