This is a fun, practical course designed to enable the KS1 teacher to deliver PE with confidence and have an understanding of its importance in relation to the development of the whole child. Delegates will have the opportunity to experience a variety of practical activities as well as engage in discussion work with one another. At the end of this workshop delegates will be able to describe the key aspects of the programme, have a clear understanding of physical literacy and its importance in the KS1 curriculum. Experience practical activities linked to physical literacy in support of the PE National Curriculum.
